InterCasino KYC Verification Process
InterCasino requests KYC when you register details that need confirmation, before the first withdrawal, after a change to personal data (name, address, date of birth), when a payment method is added or replaced, or when account activity triggers an AML review (unusual deposit/withdrawal patterns or mismatched location/device signals).
- Identity (ID/Passport): Provide a clear color scan or photo of a valid passport or national ID. InterCasino checks full name, date of birth (18+), document number, issue/expiry dates, and photo match. If a selfie check is requested, submit a live selfie holding the document or a selfie taken in-app, with the document details readable and no parts covered.
- Address proof: Provide a document dated within the last 90 days showing your full name and residential address. InterCasino accepts a utility bill (electricity, water, gas), bank statement, or government letter. Screenshots and edited files are rejected; the document must show the issuer, date, and full page layout.
- Payment method: For card payments, upload images of the card showing the first 6 and last 4 digits, your name, and expiry date, with the CVV hidden. InterCasino may also request a screenshot of the card in an e-wallet or banking app that shows the same masked digits. For e-wallets, provide an account/profile page screenshot with your name and wallet ID/email, plus proof that the wallet belongs to you.
Timing: automated checks can clear in minutes after upload; manual review commonly completes within 24 hours. If images are unclear, details do not match, or extra documents are requested, verification can extend to 48β72 hours from the last correct submission.
